The snowblower control knob 731-04904 replaces the right-side half of the chute control knob, giving you a solid grip to rotate the chute where you need it.

If your knob half cracks, falls off or no longer grips the shaft, you may find the chute difficult to turn or notice it slipping out of position while clearing snow.

Disconnect the spark plug wire before beginning the repair. Make sure the new knob half seats firmly against the left half, and check your service manual if you need help aligning the chute control components.
