Bought 4 of them to be prepared
The part ordered was correct. After searching the internet for many different pictures and part numbers, I was confident that this one was correct. Then the Sears parts department told me about this website (which didn't show up in an internet search) and it had a parts breakdown which made me confident that this was the right part. My issues was that the chainsaw had not power and would never hit the high RPMs of a 2-cycle motor: even when it was brand new out of the box. Took it to the shop and they could find no issues. On a whim (after a year of ownership) I decided to remove the air filter and BAM: total power. I installed the replacement filter and power was same was as without the filter so I concluded that the original filter that was installed on the chainsaw was defective.
