This part is wrong for this stove
It is the wrong part for my stove. From what I understand the original part has been discontinued and this is supposed to be the replacement. We'll, it's wrong. It's larger, doesn't connect at all. It is the wrong configuration.

oven control bord
I called your customer support center and was told this part was a 100% replacement part for my oven so I told her to order it for me. When I got the part there was no way the part would fit my oven, my part had 7 wire connections and one 4 pin connector, your control board has 14 pin connectors and no 4 pin connector, so what do I think of your company, you cost me over $20.00 and I still have to return the part, I think you should have to pay me for all my time and cost due to your customer service mistake.

Incorrect replacement
This is not the correct replacement board for the original part #, it doesn't fit, physically too big and doesn't wiring in correctly. Also even if it would have been the correct replacement board it should suggest that you have to also purchase a new face plate for it to fit.

Wrong part sent weeks after canceling order
After 30 days of waiting for the part, I cancelled the order and ordered a whole new oven. Almost 4 weeks after cancellation, I received an email that the part had shipped! When it arrived, it wasn't even close to the correct part. Very disappointing.

Not even close
I ordered the recommended part. It was too large and the connectors did not match, neither in type or location. I returned it and talked with chat line. They said I ordered the wrong part even though it was what was specified. He sent a different part but it has the same issue. They were very polite and tried to help me, but evidently truly compatible parts are no longer available for my Maytag oven CWE5800ACS.

Recommended the wrong part
I called in with my part number and was told that it was not manufactured, but they had a replacement. Paid $200+ for a part that in no way fits our unit, had to pay a technician to come out and tell me it was wrong. Did not even have the controls for 2 ovens. Wasted 2 weeks with no oven!
