Fast shipping, if expensive!
This was a new primary filter for our Kenmore vacuum cleaner. The item itself is just a drop in so no installation issues. The cost of the filter was reasonable, but as it only weighs 4 oz. $10.00 for shipping seems a bit excessive.

They sent the wrong filter!
Received the wrong filter! The one I need is rectangular. They sent a round one & another that looks like a check _mark.

easy to install and what a difference it makes
Vacuum cleaner would stop while using. Looked in instruction book and found that the filter needed to be cleaned monthly, which I hadn't done, so I purchased a new one.

Exhaust Filter
I am beyond frustration trying to reach someone that can assist me to know what I can do - the 2nd exhaust filter I have gotten still does not pop into place. My vacuum is only 2 years old and I won't be able to use much longer due to this problem.

departmental non-communication
I ordered 2 vacuum filters, then realized I needed 2 of a second type of filter. I contacted chat who said they would cancel the first order, then make an order for 4 filters total 2+2 HEPA. well, that's not what happened. a few days later I received an email (from another dept, no doubt) telling me they could not cancel the first order I made. the filters are expensive. they said 'you canreturn them'--at my expense? I am now holding $150 worth of Kenmore vacuum filters. the right hand does not know what left hand is doing, there.
