Major job and frustration
I installed the belt, started the snowblower and discovered that the electric clutch was defective. I had to remove the entire snowblower assembly. Then remove the electric clutch. I ordered a new electric clutch kit. It took 8 days for the kit to arrive. The clutch was a different model so the kit showed a different anti rotation link on your Webb site and in the kit instructions. The link was not in the package. Since the kit has one part number I could not order just the link. I was sent another whole kit. It arrived in 3 days. Again the link was missing. After many calls and emails I was assured the correct link would be here on the Jan 26th. Not being a trusting person and the fact that it was going to snow sooner than that I choose a different course of action. I made a coathanger mockup of the required link (which is 2 to 3 inches longer than the original) and took a blown up picture of your internet picture of the kit pieces to a metal fabricator. In 4 hours he had a correct link made. In another 2 hours the entire snowblower was back on and operating.

Outstanding help
The tech on line helped me find the correct belt i needed . They are so helpful tripple checking to make sure it was whst i was looking for. I would never hesitate to ask the online person for help. They have a lot of patience and are very pleasant to deal with

Easy to install
The repair took about 30 min. The only problem I had was with the Auger belt. The Snowblower is now waiting for more snow.
