The part didn't fit our dryer even though I put the model number into site. I asked to exchange part but was told that wasn't allowed with return policy.

Bad business
Sears sent me the wrong part twice even after I had reorderthe part, now I was told we can't get you the part the dryer is only five or six years old. I am not pleased Sears not at all.
