Easy to install
Followed the directions online for easy installation. Be sure to hold screws because we lost two down the side of the stove. Glasstop was even delivered on time.

Delivered fast, exactly the right part
The video for this was easy to understand and the repair was as detailed. It was not a one person job. Be warned: 1) the screws are shallow- lay down a towel so they don't fall into the oven (never get them back) 2) an old stove settles and the screw holes don't align well into the new part. That was a pain.

Pretty simple installation
Took about a 1/2 hour, only because it was the first time. Front lip metal strip must come off the old Top so you can screw the 2 screws back into the Range Top front. Also, make sure you don't over tighten the ceramic elements into the top (from underneath) so you don't put pressure on the glass from underneath. Otherwise, pretty simple.

Perfect!!
Part was exactly as mentioned and somewhat easy to install. Had to find the special tool needed to remove the burners....which I luckily had. Good to go!

Replaced a cracked Kenmore range glass cooktop.
Replaced a cracked glass cooktop on a Kenmore range. The installation was confusing without instructions. I followed a YOU TUBE video but the range was a different model and Some of the connections were different. No instructions were included so followed a YOUTUBE video but changes had been made during the product lifespan. Took a lot longer than expected but I'm not especially mechanical. And the top was quite expensive - it would have been smarter to just trash the old range and buy new. And a lot less trouble.

No problems. Installation was easy, but I'm glad I had a second pair of hands. I did need a square bit screwdriver for some of the screws, so make sure you have one of those.
