Not hassle free
Problems with ordering to get my discount applied properly. Rack was backordered. After changing out some parts and installing new rack, discovered that some of the hardware that was already installed on the rack when received had to be uninstalled and had to move it further down on the rack so the rack could slide all the way back properly and function correctly. It would have been nice if the hardware was already in the correct position.
