Fixed the problem
Fixed the problem! However, our refrigerator died mid July 20 21 and we thought it was a different part that had gone out so we ordered that and replaced it and it didn't fix the problem. We ordered this control board July 30 and did not receive it until January 2022. Having to wait six months for a part to fix something such as a refrigerator is absolutely ridiculous!

It worked but it took 2 months to ship! Not Cool!
The part works and it was easy to install. No professional needed. But I have 2 major concerns about it. First and foremost, I have little faith that this part will last. The first Electronic Control Board went out only 18 months after the initial purchase. That suggests that Kenmore builds and creates garbage. My last 2 refrigerators were Kenmores, and the first only lasted 4 years while this one less than 2 years! Absolutely trash! A waste of money! I will never buy a Kenmore product again. The other problem with this part, is that it took 2 months to ship it! What family can go for 2 months without a refrigerator? I already had to buy another refrigerator (Not a Kenmore). Finally I received the part. It works, but for how long? Just do yourself a favor and avoid Sears/Kenmore products.

Sears tech and commercial repair company both diagnosed bad control board, waited 4 months for this part.. finally received it and it doesn't work.
