Simple installation, and with the pressure water connection it was a piece of cake to install.

Incorrect Diagnosis by Sears tech for $129

After having a Sears Tech come out and tell me the water valve was bad I ordered it from Sears Parts. The problem I was having with the water dispenser still persisted and I returned the part. The Tech made an incorrect diagnosis and I am out $129 for the Sears tech to come out. Still have the problem even though I paid to have it diagnosed. No one from Sears has addressed my problem and out of pocket wasted expense.

Sent wrong part

This part didn’t match the one on my fridge. I triple checked the model number and sears said it was the right one.
