Not quite right
The mounting holes were too large for pop-rivets and not in the same locations as those on my broken starter. I had to drill four new holes. That changed what would have been a 30-minute job (drilling-out the old pop-rivets and extracting them) into an hour job (transferring the hole positions to the new starter, drilling, and smoothing).
