Exact replacement, lower price.

Under two minute install

This response does not address grade of SS (rust proofing) Char-Broil permits in construction of this product:

The below steps are performed routinely when accessing infrared trays for cleaning: Lift the front edge of the grate. Wiggle to dislodge the rear of the grate from the infrared tray. Remove the grate. (Removal/cleaning of infrared tray is recommended at this point) New grate installation is reverse of removal. Repeat for adjacent unit(s). Dispose/recycle old grate responsibly.

Cooking Grates

The part # was the same as the manual but it did not fit. The length & width was perfect but the depth was to deep it did not fit under the lip.
