Thermal fuse kit LA-1053 shuts off the dryer motor and heating element or burner if the dryer overheats. The kit includes the thermal fuse used in both gas and electric dryers. The kit also includes a high-limit thermostat for electric dryers and a high-limit thermostat for gas dryers.

Unplug the dryer before installing this kit. Wear work gloves to protect your hands.

Easy to install, I knew where they were might take someone a little longer to locate them but easy to replace. My issue was the one near the heat element, I'd suggest go for that one first.
