Unable to install. Our range is a slide-in model with front controls. The instructions linked by the Sears Direct agent were only for standard ranges with controls on the back panel. We were unable to lift the cooktop, so the replacement part sits waiting on the counter.

Suspend new burner near old burner with twist ties and move each lead one at a time to insure correct wiring. Then use pliers to bend out tabs just enough, and snap new burner into place. Problem could also be switch.
