Cooktop Main Top Assembly W10396546

I would never buy from sears direct again

The cooktop arrive fast but was packaged poorly in a flimsily box with little protection. Cooktop arrive broken. Called Sears direct and they send another cooktop. Same packaging and it was broken. Called Sears direct again. They sent another cooktop, same packaging, met the delivery guy at the door, it was also broken. Sent all three broken cooktops back with the delivery guy. Called Sears Direct and asked for a refund. Sears said they would send the refund but never did called multiple times but they never sent a refund. Frustrated!!!!!!
