low quality
The replacement part I received low quality, cheap plastic, still tried installing and it didn't operate correctly when installed, beside coming with a malformed, almost non-existent plastic retention clip, basically unusable and nonfunctional, so I had to take the actual piece that I needed out of the "new" part (just the handle piece) and mix and match with the old part to get the whole thing to work

Sears Direct is TOTALLY worthless
I purchased a throttle cable for our Sears Craftsman weed trimmer. Then old one came apart. We then took the trimmer to a local small engine repair shop for other issues. When we got the machine back, the Tech informed me that the new cable was too short for the application BUT they could get the proper one. It is on order now. All we want is to be able to return the wrong item but Sears Direct seemingly has an issue with that. Last time I shop Sears for anything!!!!
