tough one
First I need this for an older mower I use as a backup so I haven't finished yet. However you will need to remove the gas tank and the starter solenoid to get to this part and most likely will have to remove the deck unless you have a special lift. Once you do that it should be easy. I estimate 3 hour repair . Not all that bad but a little frustrating if you have rusty/dirty components. Don't need any special tools.If you have little or no repair experience it could be more difficult and you might be better off calling a tech out or take it to a repair shop.
