excellent experience with PartsDirect
PartsDirect had the part in stock and was shipped in a reasonable amount of time. I initially ordered from another supplier and waited 2 months without getting it. After cancelling the part, they shipped it...LOL. Installation was easy needing only a Phillips screwdriver. Used a YouTube video to get familiar with taking apart the dishwasher door. Taking pictures of the timer installation before taking it out also helped as there was a 2-month delay between taking out the timer and installing the new one. Finally, the price at PartsDirect was much lower than with the other supplier.
