Glass top for kenmore stove

Worst company in America. They lied to me when I called to complain about how easily there glass top broke said they would fix it. Next day wife takes off work they call and say there not showing up unless I'll pay for it. I get blew off and repeatedly transferred on the phone e for over an hour until I'm finally given a number to call that is out of service. I wait a week to call back because I thought my brain would explode from anger. I order the stovetop and am told its underwarrenty until the 1st of year as far as installing it. I still had to buy the glass top. It's supposed to show up on the 23 of December I get it the last week of January!?!?? The screw holes needed bored out and the front lip doesn't connect underneath so I can screw the front down securely!?! Everytime I call this company they tell me something different!! Its under warranty, it's not, you'll fix it, you wont! Heck one time your employee said there was a 200 giftcard in the mail for my wife taking the day off for nothing!?! Its ridiculous..theres no structure or proper management at this company. I was Never able to speak to a manager or anyone that could help without passing the buck.
