Sears Parts Direct great / Sears Service is bad!

Got my part from Sears Parts Direct faster (2-3 months faster) than Sears Service could get it...huh? Yea...apparently Sears Parts and Sears Service are not connected. I could get the part Sears Service says I needed (BTW...in the long run Sears Service was wrong and I did not need the part...but cannot return it) through Sears Parts...but would have taken 2-3 months to get the part and have it replaced by Sears Service. Now I have a brand new part that was used by Sears Service for testing. I put the old part back in and it works fine. The actual problem was a bad connection in a cable (broken wire). Sears Parts did a great job getting me what was thought was needed.
