Bypass valve for kenmore 420
This bypass valve fit perfect and was the exact replacement part. Unfortunately it took 11 days to receive it, from the date I placed the order until the the date I received it. Fortunately I was able to temporarily use the old bypass valve to continue supplying the house with water.

I'd give Sears Parts Direct a zero in everything if I could
Customer service - zero. Here's why. They will lie to you and tell you your part is coming when it is on back order. Site -zero. It lies too!!! I received the part with less that it said it would include. And it said it was in stock when it wasn't. Causing delays in shipping. All in all I would highly recommend not using this company. I ordered a part that supposed to be delivered on August 7th. Long story short I did not receive it until August 21st. Leaving me with a broken appliance for much longer than expected. Had this company just been honest from the start I would have gone elsewhere and I'm sure they knew that. They are crooks that not only stole my time be failed to be the very thing in there name. "DIRECT"

Sent wrong part. No humans to talk with to fix pro lem
Ordered part #71 They sent completely different part. There is not a human to talk to. Just a phone system that will set up return and send you back to website to send you wrong piece again. Totally useless part. Totally useless customer service
