Was the unit I needed. Thanks, washer working great. It took quite a while to put the new one in mainly because I was taking my time to get old one off without breakage in case it needed to be put back. Was testing both computers to see which one was bad.

Easy to install
The part was located in the back of the washer and the top had to be removed to access it. i took about an hour and was easy to install.

Swapped out super easy
After confirming the circuit board looked the same, I simply swapped each connector one by one. Was getting F11 error as well as DL so I replaced both this circuit board and the door lock mechanism so not sure which was the final culprit. Also replaced all 4 shocks for this 12-year old machine while I had it all apart.

Similar to replacing a desktop computer hard disk
It took about 30 minutes, with most time spend color coding the wires to insure that I connected them correctly to the new component.

This worked perfectly once it was installed.
Relatively easy to install if you pay attention to the connector sequence and treat the little snap locks gently. It took about a half hour to do the change out.

Disapponted with shipping
When ordering, web page indicated receive (next day) if ordered by specific time. Part didn't leave origin until late on the second day after ordering. Charged excessive amount for shipping by Surepost (slowest service available). No option at checkout for expedited shipping. Very poor service regarding shipping.
