Easy Repair
The stem of the original coupler melted (can't really imagine how that happened) and I had assumed the turning motor was the problem because it took me a while to actually look at the coupler. I finally realized the motor was fine so I ordered another coupler. The repair wasn't as simple as just dropping it in the hole because it has a little tab on the stem to help keep it in place. But it was pretty darn easy. Unplug the appliance, unscrew the bottom (my microwave is mounted above my oven) to reveal the motor, unplug the wires to the motor, unscrew the motor and match it up with the coupler. Screw everything back together and plug everything back in. Done! The whole process took about 10 minutes and I'm not particularly handy.

Wrong Part
There was nothing wrong with the manufacturing of the part; however, it was the wrong part for the machine, despite the website stating that it would fit my make & model of microwave. Looks like I'll walk into a local parts store to find what I need, since the information on your website isn't accurate.
