Not easy to install

This was not a easy install, the oven is in a corner so I had to be in a unconformable position at the side. Took about 60 min.

I ordered this because the site said you have it in stock and I needed it right away. A few days later I get a nore saying you dont have it and its back ordered. 5 days later another note saying backordered. 5 days later another. So I called and asked that you cancel the order as I found a site that has it. Your call center accepted the cancellation. I ordered and go the part from another place and its installed already. Now I get a note saying that you now cant take my cancellation as you finally got the part and shipped it. Terrible- wont use you again
