Drip Tray
The drip tray is fine except it is the wrong color. I ordered grey and received a creme color. After more than a month of waiting on back orders and delays, I'll just keep this one.

Refrigerator Dispenser Drip Tray is Defective
This part is defective. Is the second time I get this part from Sears and apparently all the refrigerataor dispenser drip trays you have in stock are defective. I would like to get a refund for this tray because it doesn't fit properly. It wobbles, is a bit smaller than the original tray that came with my appliance. The original tray clicks in place and doesn't move until you pull it out. This new tray is too small for the area it is suppose to fit in.

Still want the part
I ordered a part that was supposed to be with the refrigerator, but was never providd. The part I recieved was is not even a close fit for my refrigerator.

Faulty Refrigerator Dispenser Drip Tray
The part & part number are correct, but the drip tray is 0.1 inches to narrow and won't lock in place. My guess is that the replacement part was made by a different manufacturer. I called and discussed the issue, was told the problem would be researched, and I'd be contacted by email. No further response at this time.
