Not drilled for roll pin

I ordered a new Input Shaft, Pulley, and Roll Pin off the same drawing. Drawing shows the pulley installed with a roll pin. Pulley came ready the Shaft was not drilled to allow it to e installed via the roll pin. Now I can either install with a Thin Nylock (which won't last) or find someone with drill press. There goes another week of a broken mower and a waste of my time.
