Moderate difficulty
The biggest challenge is getting the bottom plate removed. This the second one I have replaced and have found removing the wheels makes it much easier. The wheels are not easy to remove or put back own due to the washer that holds them in place. I removed one washer and drilled a small hole in the axle and used a cotter pin to hold in on
