Very simple install.
Removal and replacement took approximately 45 minutes. Note the wires are tight and some manipulation is required.

Exact fit
Unit arrived undamaged. I was surprised to find out that the burners for this model were attached to the main top with four sheet metal screws. I opted to not disconnect the wiring and unscrewed the burner brackets and supporting them in place. I placed the new cooktop on the assemblies and fastened the four screws holding the burners. Not hard just had to be careful not to drop the screws into the range since they are small sheet metal screws. Double check that the burners are aligned with the cooktop circles prior to finishing up otherwise the heating elements do not fall inside the rings on the cooktop surface. Took me about an hour and a half from start to finish.

Installation was easy, broke in 2 weeks
My teenage son helped me to install it. I was holding it up and he screwed the burners back into place. I think the little brother also helped support some of the burners as I'm not that strong. He thought the second screws weren't going to line up, but in the end he got them to work. It was a nice mother and sons project with quick results. But it broke after only being used for 2 weeks! Stove was still hot from cooking dinner, but wasn't currently on when it popped! I can't recommend it for that reason.
