terrible customer service
This weedwacker has broken so many times (broken drive shaft, replaced carb, broken trimmer head, now broken throttle cable) that I am now pretty familiar with disassembly/reassembly. Next time this thing breaks, I am replacing it with Husqvarna. Not the Sears I grew up with!
