Missing face plate
I did receive the correct control panel for our range and it was not difficult to install. The control panel did NOT, however come with the face plate that covers the panel. I was able to separate the original plate from the panel which was difficult as glue was used to attach plate to panel. I can't imagine this part is not sold as a unit with the face plate attached. Was not able to get confirmation from customer service. If this control panel does not include face plate it is very misleading as it is very difficult to remove face plate without breaking it. I was lucky... check before you place your order for this part.

A refurbished unit could be less expensive
Install went well after YouTube video review showing how to remove the keypad membrane overlay (using a hair dryer to soften the sticky adhesive) from the nonfunctional unit. Too bad there is not an offer to "recycle/refurbish" the control board for a partial refund of this nearly $200 part, as repairs to the broken board certainly could not be that expensive overall. Very satisfied with the time between ordering the part and delivery to my door.

Easy to replace. About 10 Screws. Most difficult part was getting off the face plate of the old control Board.

Easy DIY
Take out 4 screws and unplug the old one then replace it. Took 20 minutes start to finish.

Replaced a Range Oven Control Board and Clock
Easy one for one replacement. My wife was pleasantly surprised that I could successfully get her range fixed without calling a repairman. Oh ye of little faith. I only wish the time it took to get the part could have been faster without paying for faster delivery.
