Easy to install, but...

This product, which was a perfect match for the old one, is easy to install. Unfortunately, the product I received must have broken in shipping. The dispenser drawer assembly is just that. It is made up of a many smaller parts. Happily, I was able to use most of the old drawer and combine them with some of the parts from the new drawer to create a functional drawer assembly. I did this rather than wait for a replacement assembly. The drawer assembly has a few vulnerable places that are fairly delicate and easily broken. I hope your shipping experience is better. Keep in mind that the assembly does not come with the roller wheels attached at the to the end of the dispenser drawer so you will need to take them from the old drawer. There are no fasteners to unscrew, simply pull out the drawer to its maximum extent, then depress the tab in the drawer on the left, just inside the machine - use a flashlight if needed - where you need to press is conveniently label "press."
