One was easy
One of the two I received was very easy to install. The other one would not. I still have the part and left the old one in, hopefully it won't brake any further. I really don't want to pay another 67 for one that maybe works.

Fairly easy to install
Left side was easy, right side very hard like it wasn't quite the right dimensions. After a long struggle it eventually fit

Constantly Breaking - Design Flaw
This is our second set of drawer rails in about a year. I feel that these should be made out of metal so they aren't constantly breaking.

Easy to install
Easy to put on and took only about 10 minutes. Unsnapping the old ones were a little tricky but tapping it with a hammer they came right off.

Part is interchangeable left/right
Service Rep. very knowledgeable and found the part quickly. I assumed they came in a set - one track for the left and one for the right, so I ordered one. However the track is interchangeable for left and rightside. I had to order a second one - $15 for the part and $15 for the shipping each time. the part itself snaps in quickly.
