Solved My Starter Recoil Problem!

I was ready to trash my saw but decided to give this a try. My saw would not retract the rope properly. I replaced the pulley, tried filing the pulley and tried bending the flywheel pivoting tangs... all with no luck. Replacing this did the trick and saved my saw! Price was right too.
