Very brittle
The part is very fragile. I had ordered it broke in shipping. I contacted customer service, and they replaced it, which broke in shipping.

Installing the pully was pretty straight forward. There sites on the internet that show videos' and give detailed disassembly and assembly instructions. Just take the job step by step.
