Very Disappointed in level of service.
On June 14th I ordered 4 suspension rods for my Samsung washing machine. I received them late on June 20th. They were supposed to be all identical. On Saturday June 21st we began installing them and found that one of the rods was the wrong one. I called and advised of the error and was told they would be here by that monday, June 23rd. I have not received the replacement and finally found the order and now I will not receive them until Monday June 30th. I have been without my washing machine for over a week and now I have to wait until probably late Monday. I am not happy.
