Exceptionally easy to replace/repair.
The part is removed and replaced by a slight push and twist action. There is no need to remove the lid from the washer machine or to try to separate the glass from the frame on the lid. These my be your first thoughts before actually receiving/inspecting the replacement part. Super-easy repair.

Got the right part
Originally tried to simply order on line. However, finding the right part was impossible as the model was newer and parts dealers didn't list or show the exact part. Made a call to Sears who took tine to listen, identify the $10 part. It arrived several says later, was in fact the correct part. All is good

Easy install
Couldn't find a video I guess because I have a brand new washer. once part arrived, looking at it I could see that it just twisted off. Old one off new one on in 5 minutes. No tools required.
