Exceptionally easy to replace/repair.
The part is removed and replaced by a slight push and twist action. There is no need to remove the lid from the washer machine or to try to separate the glass from the frame on the lid. These my be your first thoughts before actually receiving/inspecting the replacement part. Super-easy repair.

This is a very delicate item that easily breaks
This part is very easy to install with no tools needed however it is should be shipped in a better protected box not just thrown into a shipping bag unprotected. First one shipped was smashed and you need this part to make the washer work. Had to wait for a second one to shipp to me.

Service sucked. Tried to talk to the customer service and the computers were always down. Customer service personnel couldn't speak english. Crappy service

Got the right part
Originally tried to simply order on line. However, finding the right part was impossible as the model was newer and parts dealers didn't list or show the exact part. Made a call to Sears who took tine to listen, identify the $10 part. It arrived several says later, was in fact the correct part. All is good
