The bracket was not threaded

I purchased the bracket, idler pulley and screw. The bracket was correct but the hole to mount the pulley was not threaded. Fortunately I have a tap and die set and I was able to thread the bracket and mount the part. It works great now.

I could not install this part because it was the right shape, but didn't have the threads to take the screw. And since that was the main reason to get it, it was a very sour feeling. The lawnmower isn't over a couple of years old and you can't get the right parts for it. Not a good omen. No reason to keep buying parts and having to pay unreasonable shipping charges...
