Works well
January 11, 2021|Chris, Sioux Falls, SD

My Whirlpool dual in-wall oven was not screwed to the cabinet but rather set on a shelf with rails under that the previous home owner installed it on. I had various thicknesses of 2x6 boards resting on top of a carpet remnant with face covering my hardwood floors. After flipping the breaker, I removed upper and lower doors. Upper door had 2 retention screws; bottom had none. I slid the unit forward, removed the broken spring and connected the spring anchors. I recommend buying new anchors to go with the springs as you're already that far so might as well. I then slid the unit back, installed the doors and turned power back on. Done in about 2 hours (took time fiddling with it to get it out and back in).

Super easy to install!

It took only 5 min. per side but definitely a 2 person job. One to slide out the oven and another to attach each spring using a pair of needle nose pliers.

Your product line needs to be updated.

After a long discussion about my Kenmore Wall Oven, your agent said she my oven was no longer made, but she matched the springs we needed to another part. Sorry to say, the spring was no where near the size needed. In addition to the wrong size (which we returned the next day) your agent tried to insist that I use my credit card instead of pay pal. It took several denials from me, and telling her I would not order if I had to use my credit card, she finally turned my order over to pay pal. I understand my oven is old and out of date, but it works fine, only needing the springs for the door.
