Burnt again!!

I tried to replace freezer door that was fire damaged on top. Ordered a new "white" door (well the chat guy ordered it for me and asked what color I needed) Came in wrong color. I decided to keep because they offered a 10% discount I could use during another purchase. The new door would not seal. I used the RA and returned. Never received an email for the 10% discount and they only refunded 90%. Guess I learned my lesson.I had already seen many other negative post.

2nd attempt, failed again

TERRIBLE! Wrong door completely, totally doesn't fit, wrong operating "style" and wrong color. The rep's best "solution" was to have a service tech ($ more money out of my pocket) come to figure out which door we need. Really??? I can't put my model number in and get a part to fit? Ridiculous.
