Close but wrong!

In the last few months, I have purchased, new- replacement fan motors for a repair on our Kenmore wall A/C& Heater, unit. A Kenmore refrigerator, Kenmore washer and a Samsung dryer. What the problem is that both the fans ordered for the wall A/C were NOT the exact replacement and/or whomever is responsible for their reproductions have not payed attention to the CURRENT, configuration of fit. The condense fan, although it was made to be the same, the shaft diameter has been changed to an 8mm diameter and the fan opening is the original 10mm! The motor was purchased by searspartsdirect and the fan? Sales reps were clueless when I called for a solution and the tree so called "Techs" barely spoke English and all had no idea what to do! Evaporative fan was fractions larger in overall diameter and did NOT fit through the opening of the sheet metal should and required field fabrication. Normal shipping times and delivery which has never been the issue
