trim kit for range
The part I received did not fit the range I have, even tho your website matched the part with my model number. Then I had to wait 6 months to receive the parts. It took 2 minutes to realize that it would not fit. Got on the phone with your customer service and got a shipping label right then, so it is all good as far as the $, but not good as far as waiting 6 months for a part that you said will fit, but does not

totally the wrong color stainless steel
materials don't fit correctly and they are the wrong color. Very easy to install though. This has nothing to do with Sears, rather the part itself

Pretty but didn't work for our new range
nice piece of trim but just didn't fit into the scheme of things, But we had to return it. The pictures on line do not show enough to help us order.

OK but NOT the same color of SS
Bought this trim to cover the cutout for the new range, but the trim is NOT the same color or finish of the stainless steel around the range. One would think that spending over $110 for the trim kit that it would match the range, but it doesn't.

Terrible Packaging- Arrived Damaged
Will work perfectly, but now the trick is to get the trim kit mailed without it arriving scratched/dented and all three parts together. Returned the one I ordered here due to arriving scratched - all due to very very poor packaging. Ordered one from another company hoping for better packaging and nope that one came missing one trim piece and also scratched. Again terrible packaging. I am starting to think the issue is actually tied to the manufacture and how they package at the factory.
