Cooktop knobs
Purchased knobs for a Whirlpool cooktop. The knobs on the top were the same knobs, however the stem piece that slips onto the cooktop, burner control is not the same . When I turn the new knob it just spins and the burner does not come on. Sears should show a picture of the top and bottom of the knob.
