Upper dishwasher rack replacement
Was received with no damage to packing. Installation was simple as assembly was complete and assembled. Ordered spare washer and manifold as a backup in case of future leaking. Don't anticipate any issues with this rack though.

Rack is bent out of box
I spent 20 minutes to install it. It's difficult, but I got it in. I needed to force the rollers of the rack to engage with the roller bars of the dishwasher. But once installed, the rack could not be pushed in or pulled out easily. I took it out and inspected it. Turned out the rack was bent slightly so that it did not fit well with dishwasher roller bars on both sides. I guess it's bent during shipment. I returned the part but have not received the fund yet
