Never Again

I would not go through this experience again. I was told when I bought the product, that I would be provided information, i.e video link or written directions on how to install the product. After being routed throught 4 different custom service reps. I still could not be routed to the tech support group. What a nightmare that was. I wAs supposed to recieve an email in about 5 minutes after the call. But here it is three days later and I still have not gotten the information on how to install the switch. If you can help me, I really would appreciate it. But Im not holding my breath.
