Incorrect wheel axles pins for both wheels!

I contacted GE Parts and reviewed the online documents regarding these parts prior to ordering. The axle pins are wrong in all dimensions. Front wheel is 39mm wide, 30mm high with a 6mm diameter axle hole. The axle supplied measures 60mm long and is 8mm in diameter. The rear wheel is 26mm wide with a 8mm axle hole. The supplied axle is 39mm long and 6mm in diameter. Needless to say it is impossible to install these parts as supplied. What I need is one axle 60mm long with a 6mm diameter and one 39mm long with a 8mm diameter. I did notice that these parts are flagged as "non-returnable" so I know I am stuck with these. I still need the correct parts. See photos too.
