The part arrived in a timely fashion but it wasn't the part we ordered or needed. With Kenmore refrigerators it is almost a fool's errand to try to decipher the part and manufacturer for one particular replacement part especially if it isn't a common request. The assistants didn't really know any more about hunting down the part than I did, so after a few days and a few mistaken parts sent and returned, I finally found it myself at another provider and I'm still waiting for it to arrive so the saga isn't over yet.
