Easy to Install, Carefull Plastic Tabs Break Easy
My Micro door cracked badly (totally cosmetic but ugly) around bezel from normal use after 3 years. Whirlpool has terrible support and denounces cosmetic damage even though this micro costs 3x average and is desired for COSMETIC LOOKS.. annoying. More annoying is that Whirlpool makes me buy the ENTIRE door assembly for cosmetic cracking on old door which is manuf. defect due to brittle over time. They should sell (or even better give away) trim piece to restore cosmetic look vs. replace entire door =costly and wasteful. That said, Sears PD had available when nobody else did and sold at market so kudos to therm. Took 20 minutes. Unscrew three screws from above intake vents and remove top trim piece carefully as plastic tabs have become brittle over time and break easy. Unplug two electric clips from old door, push up from bottom (with help holding) and tilt out. Reverse to put in new door.

Wasn't cheap, took a while, but fixed the problem.
Not hard to install, but probably two people to be safe. One to support it while the other lines up the hinges. Last door fell apart due to poor quality plastic. It was just crumbling. Hope this lasts longer.
