Washer controller board replacement
The controller board was assembled wrong. The two connectors on one end were put on the board backwards so the cables could not plug into them correctly

Washer board
Regardless of how easy it was to install it want what was wrong with the washer and after $200 spent, we still needed a pump that you said was in stock and after another $140 you said the part was delayed and now I e not had a washer for three weeks and still no part. We will not buy another washer from Sears again.

washer part
the part ordered was guaranteed by your personnel to be an exact duplicate of the factory part. It was not. The white plastic case did not have the tabs on it to connect to the washer. We had to take the actual circuit board out of the part received and put it in the part we were taking off the washer. It was suppose to just pop in like the original one did.. It does work but we paid premium dollar for a part we had to re do to install. not happy with sears.
