Your subsidiary company A&E Factory Services was recommended by Electrolux. A&E technician gave me the part numbers and obtained permission from his management to fix an appointment with me for installation, after I had ordered these parts from you,Sears Parts. A&E phoned 1 hour before the appointment and told they will not install the parts into the range hood, because I personally bought them from you. I explained the situation to a higher supervisor at A&E , and he confirmed to send a technician for installation today, Feb. 23. The technician did not arrive. Upon my phoning A&E and explaining again all matters, They booked a new appointment for March 2nd. Half an hour later a lady from A&E phoned and told me that they had cancelled any installment appointment, because they do not have a technician, who is capable of installing the blower into my Electrolux Range Hood. I am at a loss!! Is there any way of help from you, the spare part supplier and the "Head Company" of A&E Factory Services? I really would like to receive some assistance for the installation.
