Method of shipping is a failure
The cardboard sleeve the filter was shipped in was too flimsy - twice I received my filter in bent/crimped condition. Sad. The filter is great but the shipping method is a failure.

Installation is super easy, no tools required. Just make sure to clean out the vent box first and you should be good to go.
